After 19 years I have returned to the region. I am not enrolled at College of the Redwoods and a new title for the site is probable.

I have authored numerous texts on MOEC Studies. I had suffered 2 heart attacks in 2023. I have attempted to continue but the Chemical Assault Scorched Earth is escalated. I have stated twice I would work on the project. I have 1 month of work completed since January 2023.

This escalation is designed to escalate Donald Trump past Joe Biden as the President with the worst criminal record.

I am in an isolated Black Hole of Censorship and Sanitization where I can not communicate. MOEC is LGBTi based and I have been a strict heterosexual all my life hence the severity. The recruitment of LGBTi militants in some form of warfare is a serious human rights issue criminally prosecutable under Federal Law with Crimes Against Humanity as a possibility.

I am content to end with Fall of the Anglo American Paradigm Part VI with only 3 chapters if need be. A Fall of the Anglo American Part VII is the work of another author. I would like to do a composite of The System which would reflect the Methodology. This too, does not appear likely. I would rework the text to accomplish this.

During January and July of 2023, I suffered two heart attacks. As such I was prevented from continuing research on MOEC Studies. The setting involving Chemical Assault Scorched Earth is escalated. In the panorama the Ukraine War continues. Hamas attacked Israel on October 7, 2023 resulting in over 1000 causalities and multiple hostages. Gaza is in rubble with over 50,000 killed.

Joe Biden had a total and scripted meltdown in his presidential debate with Donald Trump. Biden was removed with Donald Trump winning a solid electoral victory over Kamala Harris but not winning 50 percent of the vote. J. D. Vance is now Vice President.

There appears to have been a referendum of the Woke agenda which I am not supporting.

Trump has imposed reciprocal tariffs which have crashed the stock markets on April 4, 2024.

Since my heart attacks a complete blackout or censorship has occurred. There is also a miniature black hole that occurs when I am in Mecca California near the Salton Sea. It is scripted that I would be a Gay LGBTi person.

I believe my work on MOEC Studies as an approach to a system to be significant. In this continuation I wish to sketch out Anglo VII for a future researcher. Under these conditions I do not believe I will be the individual to complete it.

The Membership of Cambridge are the proximate cause sine qua non. They are the Origin of the state creation under a Prisoner's Dilemma hub and node system.

They have chosen to use a Greek Gift of the God Caveman Attack. This equates to Decelerating Intelligence DI versus Accelerating Intelligence or AI. This is modelled on a Pole Singularity where questions and behaviors are mapped from the I ++ quadrant of a graft to the III -- quadrant. An alternate view is also mapped on the Bell Curve for intelligence or IQ testing. These acts are scripted into settings as riding a Greyhound bus or LA Metrolink or train. These are mainly stalking scenarios.

Attempting to Resurrect MOEC Studies

The local area is undergoing a heavy Chemical Assault Scorched Earth. I have been isolated from publishing since January, 2023. In this connection a profile cohort from my high school era in Delaware, Chris (Crystal) Farrell Friday is being used as a leader whom is and is going to be prominent in History and MOEC Studies. This is nothing more than a bait in switch tactic derived from Jason and the Argonauts and other Greek Myths.

The Sirens also are a prominent feature of the Spindle of Necessity which Cambridge has devised. These entities were dangerous creatures, whom lured nearby sailors with their singing and enchanting music to shipwreck on the rocks on the coast of their island.

Greek Neoplatonist philosopher Proclus, argues that Plato identifies three types of Sirens: the celestial, the generative, and the purificatory cathartic. The first were under the government of Zeus, the second under that of Poseidon, and the third of Hades. When the soul is in heaven the Sirens seek by harmonic motion, to unite it to the divine life of the celestial host. On earth under Poseidon their only job was to produce generation of which the sea is emblematic. In Hades it was to conform the soul to eternal infernal regimen.

In the Odyssey, Odysseus requested that he be tied to the mast of his ship to be able to hear the Sirens' Song without going mad. His sailors were told to place wax in their ears to avoid crashing the ship on the rocky coast.

In Jason and the Argonauts, Jason is told by Chiron that he will not be able to pass the Sirens encountered by Odysseus. With the aid of Orpheus he is able to sail past the Sirens. When Orpheus heard the Sirens' song, he began to play his lyre in a contest against the Sirens. His playing was louder and more beautiful. The Sirens were thus defeated. Jason was able to sail past the Sirenum scopuli, the three rocky islands which home to the Sirens.

One important facet is unique to the Sirens. If one passed by their song, the Sirens would die. It is believed that this occurred when Odysseus sailed passed the island of Aeaea.

In this nexus one time Troop 3 Captain of the Delaware State Police, Robert Marvel, and Caesar Rodney coaches, Joe Purzycki and Larry Stith are persons of interest with Chris in the so called Yellow Brick Road targeting me similar to the story of Lot and Sodom and Gomorrah of the Bible.

Chris has been linked to being Cambridge's choice for me to marry. This clearly did not work out. She married Luke Norris, divorced and remarried Lewis Friday, whom I knew very well as close friends in Elementary and Junior High School. I know Luke by sight. I do not know Chris' parents or brother. I do not see any output in opposition to MOEC and a will to prosecute the principals, accomplices, and accessories to the fact sine qua non.

Chris is being presented as a bisexual. I do not know if this is true. The LGBTi History is severely damaged. Persons whom attempt to follow a repertoire based on a Yellow Brick Road are doing so at their own peril.

The attempt to systematize MOEC Studies is one of the most important events in World and United States History. The local population here is primarily Latino. I regard my person as one of the most important social scientists in the second half of the 1900s and the most important individual this century.

What individuals are responding to is no more than 6th grade level. I argue at present MOEC Studies is PhD level or grade 19. Ultimately I believe it will become compacted at a Masters Degree. There is a tremendous amount of physics, math, and artificial intelligence that will disrupt MOEC.

The stalking is cruel and unusual punishment. All criminal actors are facing statute of limitations, amnesty, and pardons.

I am seeking criminal charges here and all location where I have been persecuted.

I am doing this mitigate the terrible conditions at present.

I would like to confront the Membership of Cambridge directly, link my life at Caesar Rodney High School about 1976 to 1980, possibly weave a thread through New Vrdndaban (Hare Krishna) with my meeting with Kirtananda circa the Sulochana murder, and cap the text with my position on the American Presidency and world zeitgeist writ large

Dear Respected Persons,

Once again I am writing sworn officials and other salient world figures requesting Official Recognition of myself and the Crime Against Humanity committed against and civilization. This event's prongs in jurisdictions as Ukraine where standing armies are in conflict would result in a War Crime.

The in continuo Chemical Assault Scorched Earth Program imposed over me has persisted since June 17, 1987 from Dover, Delaware. In 1972 I spent one evening stuffing envelopes for President Joe Biden in his initial Senate run. I lived a few houses from him in Rodney Village in Kent County. This was in the Caesar Rodney School District. This is relevant as Rodney was a slave owner. His historical relevance is being challenged. I met his wife Neila and one year old Naomi whom were killed later on December 18, 1972 while shopping for a Christmas tree in an auto accident.

I am alleging that the University of Cambridge Law School is the Proximate Cause sine qua non of this attack. It is LGBTi biased. I am a proposing that Cambridge is the author of the expansion and contraction of the British Empire. This assessment is also consistent with the Anglo American Paradigm which concretely in the present is represented by NATO.

Currently I am in residence along the Colorado River near Blythe, CA and Ehrenberg, AZ. The river, air, tap water, and products are all chemically contaminated. This is tandem with 24 hour electronic surveillance and stalking.

President Biden frequently makes reference as to who we are. I would respond that we are Informant Traitors whom chose a Yellow Brick Road over a merit based system of social promotion based on our Constitution and Bill of Rights.

In clarification, there is a LGBTi based system of quid pro quos which are inverse to criminal codes against LGBTi behaviors. In contrast, Indonesia has criminalized Sex Outside of Marriage. Vladimir Putin in Russia has also banned LGBTi propaganda this week.

I am stating that there is a hub and node system defection model operating through every police stationhouse worldwide. Hence this weak force can undermine with force using informal and formal punishments as crime and sentencing.

This system is responsible for the rise of Drug Cartels and Mafias. It is the system that smuggles fentanyl and immigrants across the border. It is government supported.

I am stating that LAPD is operating a Gay Militia out of their agency. It has been created with perhaps 500 officers. This Yellow Brick Road is fashioned as Tournament. It is no more than driving the population of a cliff towards a hypothetical Second Coming of God.

There has been no credible intervention since June 17, 1987. I have organized the most systematic material through Chemical Assault Scorched Earth, Wildfires, COVID 19, and Stalking.

The emergence of sophists and sycophants is integral to the development of menticide (brainwashing) and a Stockholm Syndrome.

These acts are concrete. I am appalled at the Collapse of the United States since Plymouth Rock in 1620. The Native Americans have lost 99 percent of their land and what remains is basically in jeopardy.

Legally sworn officials are required to act.

We are approaching the One Year Anniversary of the Fly Dixie Fire Complex which burned over 1 million acres. I was displaced from Chester. California, the location I was in was consumed. Behind where I wrote my Supreme Court writ of certiorari CV-98-7015 in 1998, in Greenville burned with two thirds of the town.

I fled to Mountainaire, Arizona, then returned to Desert Shores along the Salton Sea. I am writing to denounce Irrationalism in all it's forms. Irrationalism competed with Idealism as the main ideology of the early 20th century. The Irrationalists were fronted by Nazis, Neo Nazis, and Fascists. The Idealists were lead by the Liberals, Conservatives, and Communists.

I have been held under Chemical Assault Scorched Earth from June 17, 1987, the 200th Anniversary Year of the Constitution by a Gay Militia lead out of LAPD. At present they have artistically recruited FIDE Titled Chess Pros as accomplices.

This lends to a them of the Greek Gift of the God's Caveman Attack found in the London and French defense among others.

My Bill of Rights protections have been abrogated by Gay Police officers because I am a solid lifelong heterosexual. I lived in Rodney Village, the same neighborhood as a young Joe Biden in 1972. I met his wife whom died later in December of that year while on an outing to purchase a Christmas tree.

A reverse sting operation involving a small amount of LSD between college friends triggered this attack on the United States. The other individual was Richard Miller, whose father James Miller was the editor of the Delaware State News. As seen Biden clearly would know have known Jim and Barbara Miller.

Prisoner Dilemma does not guarantee rights. The Obstruction of Justice has lead to treason, misprision of treason within a RICO Enterprise of crimes against the person.

Saturday, May 14, and 18 year old Payton Gendron travelled to a Tops Supermarket in a Black neighborhood in Buffalo, New York. Wearing metal armor and holding an assault rifle, he shot 13 people, killing 10 of them.

His ideology was Nazi Fascist and anti Semitic. His hatred of Jews and Blacks is hard to fathom. Why do I have to write well paid federal and state officials demanding my rights? Our culture is one of Theater. I am not Meadow Lark Lemon or Hulk Hogan. I would hope that our leadership is beyond a fraternity hazing.

I have written openly against Populism, Nativism, and Fascism since 1997 in Ruidoso, New Mexico. The chief of the Mescalero Apaches and his daughter picked me up and dropped me off at the village. I camped at the entrance of the National Forest. I was stalked heavily there. I was told to look at those (million dollar) houses along the ridge. They are going to burn down. They did just after I left. I was also told that the fires would start near the airfield which is not that far off from they are these days. I had also live in Las Vegas and Trinidad, Colorado.

I will identify the Fide Chess Players in letters later and I have this issue in published books.

I would like some legal action in restoring my Bill of Right Protections at the Federal and State level.

Ukraine Crisis Biden Nominates Supreme Court Candidate

I am leaving the area this month to return to Northern California. The past 2 years, actually 6 years have been challenging. In spite of this disruption I have been able to maintain a minimum production. The Fall of the Anglo American Paradigm Part VI has the beginning of a Chapter 1. This is no small accomplishment. This text will be slowly written over the next two years.

I will be 61 on August 3, 2022. It is clear that my health and sustainability are a growing concern. It is now surmised that I am predicted to live to 2036 or 75. I should be able to live at least past 80. This unlikely. I would prepare for the worst. The Salton Sea is despoiled in the background of the Ukrainian War. This is not good for the United States or Joe Biden.

The concept of a Crime Against Humanity is looming. I clearly am not supporting Russia or Putin in the Invasion. I can not afford any more Straw Man Attacks against my person which are a staple of the ongoing debacle here.

Ukraine Crisis Biden Nominates Supreme Court Candidate

The Ukraine Crisis stems from the protracted and ongoing Russo Ukrainian War and the War in Donbas, which began in 2014. In December 2021, Russia advanced two draft treaties that contained requests for what it referred to as "security guarantees", including a legally binding promise that Ukraine would not join the North Atlantic Treaty Organization NATO as well as a reduction in NATO troops and military hardware stationed in Eastern Europe. Putin threatened unspecified military response if those demands were not met in full. NATO has rejected these requests, and the United States warned Russia of "swift and severe" economic sanctions should it further invade Ukraine.

On February 21, 2022, Russia officially recognised the two breakaway regions the Donetsk People's Republic and the Luhansk People's Republic, as independent states, and deployed troops to Donbas on a peace keeping mission, in a move interpreted as Russia's effective withdrawal from the Minsk Protocol. The breakaway republics were recognized in the boundaries of their respective Ukrainian oblasts, which extend far beyond the line of contact. On February 22, Putin sated that the Minsk agreements were no longer valid. The Federation Council unanimously authorized the use of military force in the territories the same day.

On the morning of February 24, Putin announced that Russia was initiating a "special military operation" in the Donbas, and launched a full scale invasion into Ukraine.

President Joe Biden has nominated United States appeals court judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to serve on the US Supreme Court on the same day formally introducing his pick on Friday the 25th.

In nominating Brown, Biden is delivering on a 2020 campaign promise to make a historic appointment and to further diversify the US high court of a Black woman that was made up entirely of white men for almost two centuries.

"For too long, our government, our courts, haven't looked like America," Biden said.

"It's time that we have a court that reflects the full talents and greatness of our nation with a nominee of extraordinary qualifications," he stated.

Jackson, 51, would be the high court's first former public defender, though she possesses an elite legal background. Jackson would be just the third Black justice in US history and only the sixth woman to serve on the court. Her likely confirmation by the Senate would mean that, for the first time, four women would sit together on the nine member court.

Biden said Jackson is "one of our nation's brightest legal minds and will be an exceptional Justice" in his announcement on Twitter.

The Beginning of the New Year

The New Year is off to a slow but solid start. There is a new addition to Open Letter 8. This approach is solid but not aggressive. COVID 19 is preventing a more productive approach. I will begin to work on texts beginning February.

2022 will be a semi sabbatical year. The wildfires in Northern California are unpredictable. I am still attempting to stabilize from 2021 and will have to travel north in April.
